Why miss Yoga while travelling?

While travelling, you can do certain Sukshma Vyayam of
Neck, Fingers, Wrist, Elbow, Shoulders
Spine lateral bend, twisting
Hip joint stretch, knee flexion, ankle rotation, toes exercise

If you make up your mind, you can be determined to follow your discipline

यात्रा के दौरान योग क्यों भूल जाएं ?

यात्रा के दौरान आप कुछ सूक्ष्म व्यायाम कर सकते हैं गर्दन, उंगलियां, कलाई, कोहनी, कंधे रीढ़ की हड्डी पार्श्व में झुककर, मुड़कर, कूल्हे के जोड़ में खिंचाव, घुटने को मोड़कर, टखने को घुमाकर, पैर की उंगलियों का व्यायाम ।

यदि आपका निश्चय पक्का है, तो आप अपने अनुशासन का पालन करने के लिए कृतसंकल्प हो सकते हैं

    When you are very regular with yoga, it becomes your way of life.

    During long distance travel it’s always good to stretch when ever u have the time and space eg when you take a tea or wash room break you can stretch out your back and legs, neck and shoulder stretches can be done seated right there in ur seat….unless u are travelling in a packed local train
