अब दिल कह रहा है: “घर जाना है…”
घर आकर अगरबत्ती लगाई, ध्यान बैठा।
दो मिनट में ही — बोरियत।
फोन उठाया: “चलो किसी को बुलाते हैं।”
यहाँ तक कि सपना था एक शांत योग क्लास —
मिल गया… और अब चाह रहे हो टीचर कुछ बोले!
यही तो है मन।
जो खुद चुना, उसी से भागता है।
पर योग कहता है — संतोष।
खुश रहो, क्योंकि यह पल तुम्हारा चुनाव है।
तू अपनी ही मुराद में बैठा है।
रुक, मुस्कुरा, स्वीकार कर।
