Hearing so many incidents of death around, in fact there are some people who are searching for deaths so that they can scare you. And they are successful.

It is someone else who has died, not mentioned, then why get scared ?

Because we are so much attached to our external existence, our body, our mind, our intelligence. We can see, feel, know it.

Wait don’t go away, the real excitement is coming now…

The secret which has been told to you by so many books, scriptures .. I m going to tell again..

If you search for what is not seen, within your body, under your mind, beyond your intelligence, death will not scare you.

And that search unfortunately cannot be done by any engine, but your Dhyan or looking within. When you meditate you will find your real identity. And when you find it,

You will not be scared of death, but face it with a confident smile.

मृत्यु का भय

चारों ओर मृत्यु की इतनी घटनाएँ सुनने को मिल रही हैं — और सच तो यह है कि कुछ लोग तो जान-बूझकर ऐसी खबरें ढूँढ रहे हैं, ताकि वे आपको डरा सकें। और वे इसमें सफल भी हो रहे हैं।

मरा तो कोई और है, नाम भी नहीं लिया गया — फिर डर किस बात का?

क्योंकि हम अपनी बाहरी पहचान से, अपने शरीर, मन और बुद्धि से बहुत अधिक जुड़ गए हैं। इन्हें हम देख सकते हैं, महसूस कर सकते हैं, समझ सकते हैं।

रुको… अभी मत जाओ — असली रोमांच तो अब आने वाला है…

जो रहस्य आपको कितनी ही किताबों और शास्त्रों ने बताया है… वही मैं फिर से बताने जा रहा हूँ।

यदि आप उस चीज़ को खोजें जो दिखाई नहीं देती — अपने शरीर के भीतर, मन के नीचे, और बुद्धि से परे — तो मृत्यु कभी डरावनी नहीं लगेगी।

और दुर्भाग्यवश, ऐसी खोज कोई भी इंजन नहीं कर सकता — केवल ध्यान, केवल भीतर की ओर देखना ही इसका रास्ता है। जब आप ध्यान करते हैं, तो आप अपनी असली पहचान से मिलते हैं। और जब वह मिलन होता है,

तो मृत्यु का भय नहीं रह जाता — बल्कि आप उसे आत्मविश्वास भरी मुस्कान के साथ सामना करते हैं।
