Begin in Dandasana—legs extended, spine tall, palms gently pressing into the mat. As you exhale, feel your body grounding. Let your sit bones root into the earth. There is stillness, but also preparation.

🌬️ The Inhale That Lifts
Rather than lifting your legs forcefully, allow the breath to invite the movement.
As you inhale, feel the expansion in your chest and ribs. With that, let your legs rise—not as an action, but as a response.
Balance begins to emerge—not from control, but from surrender.

🌊 Flowing with Breath
On each inhale, allow the body to rise a little further.
On each exhale, stabilize—ground the tailbone, find your center.
This gentle oscillation between rise and root mirrors the breath itself, making the asana a moving meditation.

अर्ध हलासन – कोर को सक्रिय करने वाला सरल आसन

आज हम द्रोणासन—बाउल पोज़—के माध्यम से साँस और गति के सुंदर मेल को अनुभव करेंगे। यह आसन हमारे कोर को मज़बूत करने की श्रृंखला का हिस्सा है, जो हमें संतुलन सिखाता है—बलपूर्वक नहीं, बल्कि श्वास के साथ समर्पण द्वारा।

🧘‍♀️ स्थिरता से आरंभ: दण्डासन
दण्डासन में बैठें—पैर सीधे, रीढ़ सीधी, हथेलियाँ ज़मीन पर।
जैसे ही आप श्वास बाहर छोड़ें, शरीर को ज़मीन में समर्पित करें। नितंबों को धरती में टिकने दें। इस स्थिरता में भी एक तैयारी है—एक ऊर्जा।

🌬️ श्वास जो शरीर को उठाए
पैरों को जबरदस्ती उठाने की जगह, श्वास को गति का निमंत्रण बनने दें।
जब आप श्वास अंदर लें, छाती और पसलियों में फैलाव महसूस करें। इसी के साथ धीरे से पैरों को उठने दें—यह एक प्रतिक्रिया हो, प्रयास नहीं।
संतुलन नियंत्रण से नहीं, समर्पण से आता है।

🌊 श्वास के साथ बहाव
हर श्वास अंदर लेने पर शरीर को थोड़ा और ऊपर उठने दें।
हर श्वास बाहर छोड़ने पर खुद को स्थिर करें—टेलबोन को ज़मीन में टिकाएँ, अपनी जड़ें महसूस करें।
यह ऊपर-नीचे की लहर जैसी गति श्वास की लय को दर्शाती है—जिससे आसन एक चलती हुई ध्यान-प्रक्रिया बन जाती है।

🔍 सहज प्रयास की शारीरिक रचना
