Dil to Bachha hai ji..

Yesterday i lost a very good friend of mine, and i was genuinely very sad because we had spent very good time together in our hostel and later too.

So i was in grief for the whole day. This morning when i woke up i realized that my heart is still heavy, literally. We often come across these situations. Sadness is a natural emotion, nothing wrong to carry that emotion.

Yes, but just as a passing emotion. If it persists for a longer time it disrupts our system, leading to gloom, low energy, loss of interest in daily activities, also upset digestion, and many more complexities internally.

So it is necessary to work ourselves out if the gloom, by working on our Anahat Chakra. The Anahat Chakra governs our Circulatory and Respiratory system.

So this is the Yogic way of working on our heart, the Anahat by gently persuading it to get normalised, as if we are gently and lovingly getting a sulken child into good mood.

So do some Micro exercises – Sukshma Vyayam of extremities as well as trunk, in sitting or lying down position, which will not put load on the heart but get it gently activated.

In Asanas, do more of backward bending asanas, like Ardha chakrasan, Ushtrasan, Uttan Mandukasan, Gomukhasan, but gently. Hold the asana in the final position for longer duration, while relaxing the efforts and focusing on the heart.

Do Bhramari Pranayam, while experiencing the vibration in Heart Chant the beeja mantra Yam, at least 3 rounds of 8 Soon you will find that the sulken child is now ready to go to school in good mood…

कल मैंने एक बहुत अच्छे दोस्त को खो दिया, और मैं सच में बहुत दुखी था क्योंकि हमने अपने हॉस्टल में और बाद में भी बहुत अच्छा समय बिताया था।

इसलिए मैं पूरे दिन शोक में रहा। आज सुबह जब मैं उठा, तो मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मेरा दिल अभी भी भारी है, सचमुच। हम अक्सर इन परिस्थितियों का सामना करते हैं। दुख एक स्वाभाविक भावना है, इस भावना को महसूस करने में कुछ गलत नहीं है।

हाँ, लेकिन यह केवल एक क्षणिक भावना के रूप में होना चाहिए। यदि यह लंबे समय तक बनी रहती है, तो यह हमारे सिस्टम को बाधित कर देती है, जिससे उदासी, कम ऊर्जा, दैनिक गतिविधियों में रुचि की कमी, पाचन में गड़बड़ी और कई अन्य जटिलताएँ उत्पन्न होती हैं।

इसलिए हमें अपनी उदासी से बाहर निकलने के लिए अपने अनाहत चक्र पर काम करना आवश्यक है। अनाहत चक्र हमारे परिसंचरण और श्वसन प्रणाली को नियंत्रित करता है।
हमारे हृदय, अनाहत पर काम करने का योगिक तरीका है, इसे धीरे-धीरे सामान्य करने के लिए प्रेरित करना, जैसे हम एक उदास बच्चे को प्यार से अच्छे मूड में लाने की कोशिश कर रहे हों।

तो कुछ सूक्ष्म व्यायाम करें – अंगों और धड़ के लिए सूक्ष्म व्यायाम, बैठकर या लेटकर करें, जो हृदय पर बोझ नहीं डालेंगे लेकिन इसे धीरे-धीरे सक्रिय करेंगे।

आसन में, अधिकतर पीछे की ओर झुकने वाले आसन करें, जैसे अर्ध चक्रासन, उष्ट्रासन, उत्तान मंडुकासन, गोमुखासन, लेकिन धीरे-धीरे। अंतिम स्थिति में आसन को लंबे समय तक धारण करे , और प्रयत्न को शिथिल करते हुए हृदय पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें।

भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें, और हृदय में कंपन का अनुभव करते रहें।

बीज मंत्र “यम” का जाप करें, कम से कम 3 राउंड में 8 बार।

आप पाएंगे कि अब उदास बच्चा अच्छे मूड में स्कूल जाने के लिए तैयार है…
